On June 1, 2021 we'll be making some technical changes to our servers. Citavi 6 versions prior to 6.4 will not be compatible with these changes. As a result it will no longer be possible to open or edit cloud projects with Citavi 6.0, 6.1, 6.2 or 6.3 after this date.
How does this change affect me?:
- If you're working with Citavi 6.4 or later you're not affected by this change and can continue to work with all project types. You can check your version number in the bottom left of the Citavi Welcome Screen.
- If you're working with Citavi 6.0, 6.1, 6.2 or 6.3, you'll no longer be able to open or make changes to cloud projects. You can continue to work with local projects and DBServer projects, though.
If you're working with a version prior to Citavi 6.4, we recommend installing the free update to the current version of Citavi from www.citavi.com/download. If you are unable to update and are working with a cloud project, we recommend saving a copy of your cloud project as a local project before June 1, 2021.
